Order Confirmation
I accept payments with IDEAL, Giropay, PayPal and SOFORT Banking. You can also choose to pay the amount indicated on the order confirmation by bank transfer, using the IBAN codes and BIC codes (if you reside outside The Netherlands). My account details are:

Delivery times
All orders will be dispatched as fast as possible once your payment has been confirmed. Rule is the day your payment is in or the next working day. I will send the order confirmation to the email address that you indicated on your account. Once your order has shipped via DHL, you will receive an e-mail containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. Deliveries are made within different business days after your order has been dispatched. This depends on the country the package is sent to. Click here to find your country and the amount of days shipping takes. Please note that postal and/or customs delays can occur and are outside of my control.
Shipping costs
I offer different shipping rates on orders. There are three different rates. All shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free of cost. If you live in another EU country the shipping cost is €11. If you live outside of the EU the shipping cost are €24.
I ship to all countries except Russia and North-Korea. Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout page, once your delivery address is confirmed. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within the set business days for the country of your delivery as seen in this table, please e-mail me at info@ebbyport.com including your order number.
Return Policy
You can return your item within 14 days from the moment you receive your delivery. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and have all the original labels attached and the seal unbroken. The original packaging must also be included. Returns that do not meet the return policy will be sent back to you at your cost. I am unable to offer a refund for products that are made-to-order or customized to your size.
